Thank you for shopping with us. Every order is created specifically for you once your purchase is placed.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order.

Once your order has been produced, it will move to shipping.

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Item Orders
Because our products may be fulfilled by different production partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because all items are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
